Okay - several pics uploaded. Two (three?) in the Main gallery, and three or four in the Miscellanious gallery. Including one I wasn't sure I ought to upload.
Oh well, it doesn't show anything REALLY bad - just a LOT of 'come hither'. ^^

Also an addition to the Chamber of Magic - A Successful Experiment, my contribution to the Gremlins project. One of my contributions, rather. ^_~

I've got a large solar-system wandering around in my head - it's really quite disconcerting to wake up some morning and wonder why my room isn't carved out of solid rock, and why isn't there the soothing noise of a waterfall in the bathroom.... Oh. Right. I'm human. Damned reality... o.O

Okay - A'zura's Test 'To Join the Ranks', and Meriiluun's Change 'New Awakenings' have both been added to the Library.

If there was something else I was going to do, too bad. I'm /done/ for the night. :P

Verrune now properly shows up on the right side of the page - maybe I should draw him myself... Heh.

Added a location to the Guidebook - aka the link page and added Fetish to the Feline Shrine. .. Which leaves sorting out A'zura and Merrilune. (or, to use the Hunter pronounciation, 'Meriiluun'. ^^)
And I was right - Merii's Change is there. I dunno where A'zura's Test got off to (WHY do I want to type 'teat'?! BAD mind. BAD! *whap* ... *smirk*) so it looks like I'm going to get to do that the hard way. Heh.

Second commission is /done/ - I'm just wanting for snail mail to get here. (Paypal. Instant gratifaction. Or at least, slightly faster than the USPS. Heh.)

Speaking of incoming - I realised I have one of my characters not uploaded! Poor Sasha - anyway, I'll add her pretty soon, once I've assured myself that that particular picture is finished.

The aquarium project is humming right along - tank's been scrubbed out, and I've figured out where I want to put it.
Only one problem - that's where my stereo is. >.<
So it's back to moving stuff around. S'lright - by the time I get done shifting things, I'll have cleaned my room. (the desk is still a bomb-site, but that's hardly surprising - I've only got .. um.. two beading projects, a craft project and more origamis than I know what to do with scattered over it - nevermind my comp. Oh - and the art-supplies. I have more pencils than any one person should need, and I'm steadily aquiring more. ^_~
Anyway, there's a bookshelf in the works to put the tank on - it HAS to be strong enough to support 90# of tank, gravel, rocks water and fish.. so gotta wait for that.

Gonna do some stuff in the Lair - I think I coded A'zura's Test at some point - I'll find that and upload it, and make sure that Merrilune's Change is.. actually there and not floating off in the virtual abyss. *gives Ayzur the Evil Eyeball*
Also need to code (recode?) 'Another Successful Experiment' and put that in the Library. *grins* or maybe I'll just save everyone a headache and ask Joules if something can be arranged...

No, that's the sound of my head hitting the keyboard. *thump* is the sound of my jaw hitting the desk. ^_~
Anyway, where was I - oh yes. Progress.
Currently? Not a bit of it. But you knew that. ^^

Anyway. I'm between art projects - sort of. However, to balance that, I now have an aquarium project to work on. Some of you might've seen the vase-with-a-fish-and-a-plant thing - My mother is setting one up.
She has the vase, (an over-sized brandy snifter) and the plant (arrowhead plant). All she's missing is the fish. Suitable fish for this project are Bettas - they are lovely, aren't bothered over-much by limited confines...
Anyway, she's doing that, and I'm cleaning out and testing a ten gallon tank for leaks. Once I've done that and gotten suitable water, I will have a tank full of guppies or something. Maybe a betta, too.
Yes, I'll arrange for pictures. :P

Anyone ever notice how these projects tend to escalate?

Okay, yes - I'm overdue to post chapters - what, Ten, Eleven and Twelve of Hunter's Destiny? I'll get there. Eventually.
And yes, I'll revamp the Library and Chamber sections - once I figure out what I want 'em to look like, anyway. *sighs* I /really/ need to find some new page-guardians...

To See a World With New Eyes is now uploaded to the Library section. Going to have to revamp that, I can tell... Anyone got a dragon I can host as site guardian? The place I adopted Verrune from originally has moved or gone kaput.. >.<

Found, a little to my surprise, that the Alcove site I had been (not!) maintaining has gone away. .. Hm. *shrug*
Okay, not a big loss.
Leaves the debate though .. do I rebuild it? Or leave it be.. huhn. Well, considering the *snerk* dubious nature of the content.. I'm tempted to just.. well, move on. Heh.
Well, I s'pose if all else fails I can figure out how to PW protect a page and set it up in the Lair - that'd give me a place to post stuff I'd like to think people might enjoy without having parents freaking out in six directions... well, I'll think about it.

In the meantime, I'm as good as done the next commission - naturally, the person who's to be the recipient is /not/ online. Tomorrow, I guess. Heh. ^^

First commission finished! The recipient is pleased as punch, I'm chuffed as heck and all is (for the moment, anyway!) right with the world.

Working on adding some of the miscellanious stories to the Lair - finally decided to add the ones that have nothing to do with the Hunters to the Chamber of Magic - at least, the ones that involve characters I've created for actual roleplaying games.
Others, like To See a World With New Eyes - wow, that's a long, cumbersome title - I'll put in the Library, since it has to do with the setting. I may put A'zura's Test and Merrilune's Change in there too, for the sake of ... there's a word for it.. completion? Eh. Close enough.

I'm going to be a BUSY little Queen Bitch In-Training though ... (Does that make me a Bitch-Princess? ... *snicker*) I STILL have parts of the Lair to fix - and I ought to revamp the Alcove, too! Gwah. Valkyrie has a good word for this, I think - Fribble. It's almost as good as /MUSH!/. (cold oatmeal, if anyone's curious. One of the nastiest things I can think of. Of course, I think Liver is nasty too.. Never /could/ get used to the texture.. I'm rambling, and I have a picture to finish.) Mush is a good word for yelling at the top of your lungs at the end of a really bad day. Unless you are near a bunch of Huskies attached to a sled, that is... ^_~

I'm rambling, I need to shut up and finish a sketch - and the coding ... I'm still rambling.

Spent the morning playing domestic goddess. Accomplished nothing online. *shrug* Life. Trade offs. Excrement occurs.
Still working on commissions. Have one to colour, and one I'm still perfecting. I WILL get this .. this .. whatever this thing is.. *grins* right. At least it isn't a troll - I have NO IDEA what a troll is actually supposed to look like. And no, the book description is no help. :P

That said, I figure the morning was a success.

I guess I'm now up to.. um .. none Hunter's Destiny related fiction. Which is to say, those few backstories I wanted to put up, and maybe one or two other things that have no real connection to the Shadowhunter reality.

My Gremlins story, for example - Joules is hosting it, yes, but I'd like to have a copy in the Lair, for the halibut. Call it wanting to be sure. ^_~

Actually, there are a few things I need to do in the Alcove - I would like to get THAT refurbished a bit, too. Heh. I could post that other 'Day off in Purgatory' sketch - and the one of the daemoness... Hm. Well, not a bad idea. Heh. Maybe I'll do a companion sketch for the daemoness. *grins* Be still your beating.. nevermind. *laughs*

I'll sort that out in a couple of days - right now, I'm focused on the commissions headache - which is to say, once I'm taking commissions, how to allow people to pay me for them... Who says art is easy? Show 'im to me - I'll educate his ignorant tail. Anyway.

I've got a picture of Fetish for the Shrine - (borrowed from the Habitat - but I took the pic, so I don't think Mom'll mind. Heh.) I'll upload that in a couple of days. Good shot of him, too. *grins* Had to lay on the floor to get it. Wonder if there was anything else worth the trouble there.....

Life is, by the way, very strange - a year ago I wouldn't have considered half the stuff I am now very seriously considering - I mean, college? Pshyeah, right. Drawing pictures and being /paid/ for it?! Good lord.
So I want to study art. No no - not FINE art, just art. Preferably, Illustration-type art. I'm a role-player, you'd think I do a lot of that anyway.. well, you're half right. ^_~
